On February 14th we went to see our second play in English. It was performed in Buffo Theatre and the play was called „Oliver Twist”. At first we didn’t expect it to be a musical, but when the actors started singing, it took out breaths away. Their voices were amazing and sounded really beautifully. All of the songs were sung acapella. Each actor played more than two or more characters. There was a total of five people in the group of actors and every one was an amazing performer and singer. They really got everyone involved in the plot and even asked us questions throughout the play.
Even though one actor played a few characters, each of them had a different personality. It’s a great acomplishment for the performers, because every person they put on was unique and well-performed.
All of us enjoyed the play and we left the theatre really happy. We are looking forward to watching the next play „My sister Syria” and we hope to have as much fun as we had while watching two other plays.
Czternastego lutego wybraliśmy się na naszą kolejną sztukę po angielsku pt. „Oliver Twist”. Została ona odegrana w teatrze Buffo. Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że będzie to musical, ale zostaliśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni, kiedy aktorzy zaczęli śpiewać. Ich głosy były bardzo dobre i brzmiały bardzo czysto. Wszystkie piosenki były wykonywane a capella. Każdy aktor odgrywał więcej niż dwie role. Ilość aktorów w grupie wynosiła 5 osób i każdy z nich był wspaniałym wokalistą i aktorem. Zaangażowali nas w wątek historii Olivera i nawet zadawali nam pytania podczas sztuki.
Mimo tego, że jeden aktor grał kilka postaci, każda z nich miała inną osobowość. Jest to niesamowite osiągnięcie aktorów, ponieważ każda z postaci przez nich odgrywana była oryginalna i inna.
Każdemu z nas bardzo podobała się ta sztuka i nie możemy się doczekać odwiedzenia teatru w celu zobaczenia kolejnej sztuki jaką będzie „My sister Syria”.
